Citizens Advice Central Dorset is seeking a Welfare Benefits Support Worker to join our Dorset GRT Advocacy Project — a partnership between Citizens Advice Central Dorset, Kushti Bok and Citizens Advice Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

The project provides information, advice and support to Gypsy, Roma and Traveller (GRT) communities across Dorset and BCP, and raises awareness of the issues faced by these communities locally and nationally.

In this role, you will provide high-quality welfare benefits knowledge and casework support to our advocacy workers, who work directly with clients out in the community. You will bring specialist benefits expertise to the team, with some direct client contact as required.

The post holder will be based at our Dorchester office and will be responsible to the GRT Project Manager.
